The video above shows a good example of power tactics. The point is to reduce Cerrine's life bar to the limit (around one fourth) and omit her PWR and INT debuff. Akane can be substituted with Ruina (Wind type single attack x2 skill holder).
Another way is to use Krervo's Reset to restore the debuff casted to the party members, which is shown in the clip below.
