Melina

Melina is a Water type attacker with physical (de)buff skills. While her PWR debuff rate is -15%, it is almost sufficient even in the Otherland conquests when an appropriate resistance buff is cast. She is a sort of Jill of all trades, and lack of strong Water type physical attackers in earlier ver. seems to diminish her value. The release of Hismena and other water type physical attackers will lead to reappraisal of her skill set and existence. My Water type party (around JP ver.2.0) always includes her in front.

Some utilize her all-area magic attack skill, in which case Cruel Angel's Hammer would best fit the increase of damages.
