Levia

Levia is a Water type mage and +35% INT buff VC. It was insanely time consuming to meet the requirements in the fishing mini game and partly because of that, it was such a pleasure when her portrait was visible through the status window.

She was always one of my party members in the battle against Dark Salamander at 4th stage of Otherland Rattle (VH) and at its 3rd stage. The members at and timing of AF was built based on her VC: other Water type mages Mighty and Saki as well as Shanie for strong stackable debuff or Laclair for keeping AF period long with her Water XL x3 attack.

Voice Perfomer

Atsumi Tanezaki plays the main characters in many animations such as Chise of the Ancient Magus' Bride and Lisa Mishima of Terror in Resonance. Her voice in Levia is rather comical but her performance in the Ancient Magus' Bride was melancholy, soothing and impressive.
