Claude is a Wind type Piercing supporter. His VC, -20% PWR & SPD debuff is very useful at 1st and 2nd stages of the Otherland Rattle for the SPD control and damage mitigation. Stormbite, all-area Piercing (XL) with -20% stackable (-40% total) Piercing resistance debuff, highly increases the damages by (AS) Suzette, Cerrine and Cetie.
Not always but with a good certainty, once his single enemy -20% PWR & INT debuff in Forefather is cast, you can have 3 turns concentrating on dealing damages in Boss battles.
